Holy PSN is a fully independent, standalone business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to ASUS, the ROG (Republic of Gamers) brand, "Games Republic" (gamesrepublic.com), or any other similarly-named company, product or trademark. Holy PSN has operated under this name, and only this name, since September 26, 2026 — we have never previously operated under any other brand or name.
Holy PSN ("we", "us", "our") is a small, independently-run digital store. This page explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect when you use holypsn.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. We collect the minimum we need to run your account, process your order and answer your support requests — nothing is sold to advertisers, and we don't run ad-tracking on this site.

We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Google Analytics is used only to understand overall traffic and usage patterns (e.g. which pages are popular), with IP anonymization enabled — it is not used to serve you ads.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site. Each only receives the minimum data it needs to do its job:
We do not sell your personal data to anyone, for any reason.
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, so you can see your order history and we can honor the lifetime warranty. Abandoned, unpaid orders are automatically removed after a short window. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll remove your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep limited records (e.g. completed order/payment records) for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons.
Passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes, never in plain text. The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, authentication uses secure httpOnly cookies, and admin access is restricted and separately verified. Payments are handled entirely by our processor, NOWPayments — your payment details never pass through or get stored on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your data.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, open a Support Ticket from your Dashboard or reach us through the Contact page — we'll handle your request personally, not through an automated form.
Holy PSN is not directed at children, and you must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country to create an account, per our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
